# polygonals

> A graphics and music collective. 3D fractal flights, generative geometry and
> shader visuals set to original music, released as videos. This site is a
> single-page gallery of the polygonals YouTube channel.

## What it is

- A single page (polygonals.com) with four in-page sections: Top, About, Videos,
  Credits.
- The Videos section is the catalogue: 45 square videos and shorts pulled from the
  channel, each a card with a title, date and thumbnail. Clicking one opens a
  lightbox that plays the square video straight away, with its full description,
  plus prev / random / next. (The two behind-the-scenes editor videos are not in
  the gallery.)
- The hero ("Top") animates the wordmark letter by letter over an angled field of
  slowly sliding video thumbnails.

- Static site on the stylesheet.org framework (a customised copy, stylesheet.css),
  with bespoke gallery/animation in app.css + app.js and the video catalogue in
  videos.js. Navigation and footer use sitehoster automation comments.
